Reservation Policies
Rates are based on a 2-night minimum stay.
Discounted rates are given with a stay of 5 or more
days.
Rates reflect a single or double occupancy, not including a 10% lodging tax.
There is a $20 extra bed fee per additional guest, and children two and younger
are free. Rates are subject to change without notice.
We ask for Visa, Mastercard or Amex to hold your reservation, but only cash or
check will be accepted for actual payment.
A cancellation with at least a 14-Day advanced notice will be fully refunded, less
a 10% processing fee. With a less than 14-day notice, any nights that we are
unable to re-rent will be charged the full rate.
For those staying a week or longer, a 30-Day cancellation policy applies.
Full payment is due at the time of booking if reservation date is 2 weeks away or
less. For all other reservations, 50% of the payment is due at time of booking and
the remaining 50% at time of arrival.
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is 12pm.
The cottage is non-smoking.
Sorry, due to the chickens and sheep, no pets are allowed on the property.
